This Sonic is made of very soft material and has a sturdy form that'll keep its shape well. The fingers and shoes are strong, and he's very detailed even when it comes to his back spikes and tail. There are several stuffed Sonics that have horrible spikes, so I was very happy to see these. The ears are very thick, which looks kind of odd for a "plush", but that's actually how he looks in the games, so that's actually a neat detail.
The last thing I enjoyed is that it's a bigger Classic Sonic. I was excited that they released a classic line in the US. They also sold 7 inch versions, but this bad boy is over a foot long.

It does have a few condemning factors. The legs are awkwardly attached to the body, and I would've liked a slightly darker shade of blue. The nose is 2-D and flat. I don't really understand that, and it looks out-of-place.

The big flaw with this Sonic is: THE HEAD IS WAY TOO BIG. This drives me insane. It can't sit up very easily, and coupled with its forementioned legs, it's very unsatisfying to hold. That's also primarily what gives the Sonic its size.

The other thing is the packaging. It hardly fits in the box that it comes with. It's too heavy and takes it out on the part it's supposed to sit on, and the thin plastic attatching bits are being pulled, damaging two of the big spikes and tail.

The box is pretty nice otherwise, with a neo-classic Sonic picture, checker patterns, logo, etc. It's also not the box's fault that the Sonic damages it.

Over-all, I bought it because when I was young, I wanted a stuffed Sonic, but none were really available. It's also unusual to see a not-poor quality Sonic in this size. Its mostly annoying due to the head, but because it's quite nice otherwise, I'm giving it an 8/10. A 7 would seem too severe somehow, when it's actually a nice stuffed Sonic.
