The product is great. I bought this for my daughter for her 1st birthday. She LOVES it. She runs around the house with it playing it and dances.

The prodct is great but i gave the rating so terrible because the service was beyond terrible

Its a great toy!!

My 3 year old grandson loves elmo. His first elmo was the "tickle me" elmo. He loves his rock n roll elmo. He loves to sing wih elmo. It keeps him occupied at playtime. Batteries last quite awhile too. I highly recommend this toy to all toddlers who loves elmo. I like the optional instruments you can buy to interact with rock n roll elmo.

My son turned 1 yesterday and he loves to sing into a mic and to play instruments. So he got a lot of musical things, this being the worst. The PLUS side of it is its easy for a small one to hold. Grover's voice is fun and cute and those songs are audible and cute. HOWEVER. The whole reason we wanted it was for him to HEAR HIMSELF! Guess you cannot buy that for $14.99. First, you cannot sing when Grover does and then when the mic portion works, its barely audible. So, no. I would NOT recommend it and ours is being returned.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
