As soon as I got this I put it together, VERY easily. I presented it to my 20 month old daughter and she loved it! She is just really starting to use her imagination while playing so this helped significantly. It has now been about a month and she's tired of the thing but she still goes over to it every once in a while. It doesn't have anything that really holds her attention, like lights or sounds would.

Oh and she can barely knock it over but sometimes she does get it over and climbs on it ... So this kitchen seems durable and its not super dinky, but it is small enough to knock over.

This kitchen is just perfect for toddlers. It is well made and should last for years. It looks great and my nieces loved it. Very satisfied.

We bought this for my daughters 1st birthday and it is a huge hit with her and my 18 mo. old nephew. It is perfect size for them. It was easy to put together and not many pieces to worry about cluttering things up. The size is great - makes it easy to relocate to different places in the house and doesn't take up much space.

This little kitchen is GREAT! The quality is a typical superb little tykes product. Its a perfect size...not too big OR small. I was afraid it would be too small for my 3 1/2 yr old, but its percect and she loves it!

This kitchen is quite small, ideal if you live in an apartment or have limited space. My daughter is 3 and she is as tall as the kitchen, but she loves it, and is having great fun. It is the perfect size for toddlers, I would say up to the age of 5, older children would get bored quickly and would be much bigger than the kitchen. However, it was meant for Christmas and it was sent with just the box itself, so when I opened the door my daughter saw immediately what it was. If this is a surprise I would suggest asking for it to be wrapped or placed in another box if possible. But it is brightly colored, the cupcakes are also small but cute. It has no sounds or lights or doesn't do anything fancy, so if you want that then buy one of the more expensive kitchens. It is just a basic kitchen, but a little imagination makes it better than the fancy ones. And for the sale price it is a good deal. It assembles very easily, all of the pieces easily slip into place. Only complaint is that there are no pre-drilled holes in the plastic. The instructions suggest using an electric drill and without one it is impossible to get the screws (there are 4) through the thick plastic. So I did not insert the screws, but it still seems sturdy without them. Overall a good, basic, compact kitchen, my daughter has been playing with it non-stop, so I would recommend it.
