KEYBOARD NEEDS KEY

I like the concept of a good inexpensive keyboard. I wanted to practice some music I had to learn. I discovered, however, that the whole keyboard is off a half-note. C on the keyboard is C#, D is D#, E is F and so forth. According to the manufacturer, we cannot tune the keyboard correctly: it has a chiip that no one can reprogram. Sorry for the bad news. Recieved broken

Very disappointed. The item came well packaged but was damaged in multiple places - several broken keys. I contacted Toys-R-Us to return the item - such poor customer service. In addition, I used paypal as my payment source. Hmm - can't return and get an immediate replacement if you use paypal - great policy. Ended up going to our local Toys-R-Us. Of course they didn't have this model in stock but I did receive an immediate refund with no questions regarding paypal.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

It works great for any age of 6 to 12 and i use it for my musical talents along with playing the trumpet, drums, and guitar. Brings out the of music in any way (ex,jazzy or pop),and also has a music stand on it that folds down when not used. Takes batteries, that I don't get why on the box why it says scientific toy 54 key digital keyboard when there is nothing scientific about it or how it is a toy. Other than that I substancialy give 5 stars to this product and that I now have a real keyboard instead of a broken, piece of plastic, no good piece of junk in my house that is called the Folding keyboard.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
