Educational for my 2yr old and intertaining for my 3 month old. While he does tummy time and play, She is recognizing her letters, singing her abc And putting the letters in the correct place I love it.

The Alphabet Play Mat is a great addition to any play room.It's very comfortable and adds a cushion for kids to play on. Yes, the letters do pop out easily, this is not a rug. We, sometimes, make words out of the letters we pop out. It's fun, and practical. My 2 year old son puts the "puzzle mat" together. I do have one con - when building a box, it doesn't stay together very well and the letters do fall out. If you're just using at a mat, it's awesome. All in all, it's a great product.

My husband and I put this thing together in my 9 month old's playroom in place of a rug. We realized what a pain it will be to move it so we can vacum, plus it's just not sturdy. We used the numbers to build a block and the inside pieces just pop right out. It looked like a good idea, but we took it back and bought a soft playrug instead. Don't waste you time or money on this one!

Bought off of registry. Parents moving to Cypress, very pleased with gift as most flooring in that country is tile. Will add comfort and style to meet baby's needs!

My wife and I have installed this mat as the "rug" in our infant daughter's room. We like that she can sit up in the middle of it without us worrying about her bonking her head if/when she keels over. The foam mats are what we consider "thick enough," though understand that if you buy this you are not getting the child's equivalent of similarly-shaped floor foam squares that you might find in a weight room. [...]. Left to their own devices, our cats would have loved to use this as a scratching mat; this would have led to the mat's swift destruction, but we effectively discouraged them. If your cats have access to the mat, love scratching, and aren't easily dissuaded, this mat might not last long in pristine condition. [...]
