      I think this is a great addition to the Retro Ghostbusters line. Not only do you get Slimer, but Janine as a Ghostbuster AND Samhain! Plus the box turns into the firehouse for even more fun! If you're just in it to collect, the detail is still great and looks good on a shelf! I'd recommend it to ANY one!

        A great collectors item for fans of the '80s cartoon series, The Real Ghostbusters. Mattel has picked up where Kenner left off and is now providing many items fans wished for back in the day.

          Awesome toy set, Mattel did a great job. Toys R Us, however, does a terrible job boxing items for shipment. I ordered one set and was not happy with its packaging. It arrived slightly smashed, with a small part of the toy's package missing. I found the missing piece in the box and glued it back on. Then I ordered two more sets. One set's package is perfect. The other has small issues, and was also missing the same small piece of the package which, this time, I did not find in the box. I'm going to open that set, so I can make the firehouse and display the toys. And I will keep the minty set MIB. The other set (with the package piece glued back on) I plan to give to a friend.

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
