This toy is great for the price. We bought it for my just turned 3 year old's Christmas present and she loves it. The picture quality isn't great, but you're crazy to think it'll be fantastic when its meant for small children. The camera is easy to operate, turns off quickly to save power and has really fun and easy to use software. I'm actually glad it doesn't have a USB cable included since we already have so many at home it would have added to the mess.

Overall, its a great product for the price and intended audience. My daughter loves taking pictures of anyone and anything that catches her eye.

My daughter got this as a present. It is sturdy but takes really lousy unusable pics. for the price you'd do better to buy a small normal digital camera so that your kid can take pics they can actually see and use.

I bought this for my 6 year old who loves to take pictures. I originally bought it because it advertises that it is "tough" even though my daughter isn't really hard on her toys, but anyway, it may have worked for a total of 3 months and now it is junk. Tried changing the batteries but nothing works. She lost so many pictures!!

We bought one of these for our now 8 year old's 3rd birthday. We are now intending to get one for our current 3 year old for Christmas. The picture quality isn't great, but should you really expect it to be for that price? It's more important to me that you rally can drop it down the stairs like the commercial and it's fine. The easy grips, binocular vision, and easy to use buttons are all perks too. The only thing I really don't like about it is how tiny and dark the screen is. You have to plug it into the computer to see your pictures well enough to decide which are keepers.

I almost did not buy this camera because of some of the reviews. I am so glad that I did not listen. I love the camera. I bought 3- one for each of my 2 1/2 year old triplets. The camera does not come with a flash so when you take pictures inside they are a little dark but that is to be expected. The pictures are clear when my kids take pictures unlike some of the other comments. The camera is very easy to use. The battery life is good, you can take about 200 pictures on one battery charge. The only thing I would change about the camera is I would have it take 4 AA and not 4 AAA. This would give it longer battery life but we use rechargable batteries, so this is something that we can live with.

My daughter is about to turn 3, but she loves to play with my (expensive!) digital camera so i thought this would be a nice gift for her. Its extremely easy for her to use, I like the automatic shut-off feature because she has a typical toddler attention span. My only complaint is the lack of flash,I read the reviews prior to purchasing this item so I expected it not to take great pics in low light settings, but it seems that even in a well lit room the pictures are dark. She doesnt seem to mind but it would be nice if I could actually download and print some of her photos for her so she could see what she has taken pictures of.

My 5 year old daughter received this as a gift from her aunt. I think it's more suited for toddlers, maybe even a 4 yr old. Sure it's durable and very kid friendly, but the image quality is horrible! You really need bright rooms or sunny days to be able to see the image (no flash). To make it worse, most images are super blurry because you have to be VERY still to capture image and if you have little ones you know they don't have steady hands when holding camera. Bottom line, it does it's job to entertain little ones and make them feel independent as photographers but if your child truly wants to capture decent quality photos as my child does, then it's a disappointment.

Very poor picture quality for even a child's camera, can barely see pictures taken in low light even though it says it can. If you move at all the picture will blur, myself and my boyfriend both avid photographers could barely get a good shot!

We bought this camera for our 3 year old granddaughter and she loves it and still does at nearly 5 yrs old. She likes that she can see the subject on the screen to line up her shot. She takes excellent pictures, which are stored so she can look back on them. I believe those pics can be uploaded onto their home computer. It is tough and can "take a licking", so to speak. Now, my other granddaughter wants the same camera, so hopefully, Santa will be bringing another one. I would highly recommend this camera to the toddler picture taker in the family.

Wish they had this technology when I was a kid! Gave this camera to my 4 yr. old granddaughter for her birthday. She thought it was pretty "cool" as she said.
Typically good endurance expected of a Fisher-Price toy.
So many pictures (2,000) can be stored (as well as erased to make more room available)
Only downfall- no flash so pics in low light not good.
