        The power cord seems a little flimsy, it easily falls out when placed in the karaoke machine. From my understanding, you should be able to plug the maching into the tv to display the words, however, I'm having difficulty getting that to work. Overall, the kids still love singing to their favorite songs on it and the flashing lights display.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        Microphone is worthless. CD skips everytime you sing into the microphone. Static appears everytime you move the microphone. Have to play a cd in another cd player in order to sing with the mircophone. Kind of defeats the purpose of this product...don't you think?!
