This is what my daughter asked Santa for Christmas, she was so excited to get it and couldn't wait to use it. After following the instructions to the tee on downloading music to the player, I couldn't get it to play any. I would get to the music menu, and hit the menu button as instructed, but it would just read "Please wait..." I even left it this way for over an hour. Nothing happened. I went to my computer, and it shows that the music downloaded to the player, but I just can't get it to play. Now I have to explain to my daughter that Santa's gift doesn't work. She will be heartbroken. Do not waste your time or money. It's not worth the disappointment.

We moved over about 20 songs for my 10 year old, but it would only play half of the songs and not recognize the other half that showed up on her file. After trying to fix the issue, I finally decided to delete all added songs and start over again. This time, NONE of the songs added showed up on her mp3 player. Her music selection on her player showed 'empty', even though her file when connected to the computer showed having all the songs added. Taking it back for a return and will purchase another brand. Pretty disappointed, especially being a Christmas gift.
