Works great now that I've found the receiver! Didn't think to look inside the battery compartment. The computer automatically installed the driver with no problems and the mouse is working perfectly.

I agree. Completely unusable. No synch button. Not the same receiver as demonstrated in owner's manual. Called customer no service and they can't speech clear English to even try to help you. My daughter is so upset! Has special needs and was so very patient to wait until we got home and now can't use. Please don't buy this product!

There is no software, no usb connector, no anything. There is NO sync button or any way to mkae this work...COmpletely unusable. My kid is so upset nd it should be taken off the maarket!

Two days after Christmas and I am trying to install this mouse so my kid can play some new computer games with it and the directions say that there are 'sync' buttons on the USB device and on the bottom of the mouse to push so that it will work, well there are no buttons, and it will not install. Plus the battery compartment is so tiny I thought I was going to break it just putting the batteries in. I really hope it is just the one I bought because if they are all like this that would be just terrible. Very disappointed. Terrible product for me.
