Excellent System! I went out and bought a Karaoke CD from a local CD store, and once I put it in, the sound quality was great! Words show up clear on the screen, or you hook the machine up to your tv and look at the lyrics from there. This machine is fun for everyone, and you can even hook up a second microphone for duets! I hope my 8 year old niece likes it when I give it to her for Christmas! ((I took it out of the box to make sure it worked pretty good before I gave it to her because a lot of other machines had reviewers saying that it didnt work when they first took it out the box... this one works fine!)

We bought this product for our daughter for her birthday. Right out of the box the screen did not work, and the speaker quality was POOR!

Took it back and the staff was excellent saying there have been numerous returned. The gave us a rebate and then another unit.

Took it home (45 minute drive, one way) plugged it in and the speaker would not work. We are taking it back and getting the Hello Kitty.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!

We got this for my 7yr old daughter for Christmas and when she opened it she was soo excited but when we turned it on, the microphone was not working correctly. Come to find out it has a short in the wire and you have to hold the wire a certain way for it to work correctly. Other then that the machine is a great product and worth the money we paid for it.

This was my daughters #1 on her xmas wish list so we had to get it. It worked great when we first took it out but within hours the screen just stopped working so we returned it for a new one. Now the new one right out of the box keeps skipping the cd and the volume keeps fluxuating on its own. Its incredibly sensitive as well. If my daughter tries to dance or jump it skips also. In my opinion it is very poor quality for the price. I will be returning it again for a refund and getting her something of decent quality. Definitely not worth the money.

I read some negative reviews about product not working but I bought it anyway and I'm glad I did. I have had zero problems with it. I found plenty of karaoke cd's at my local toys r us and many more online.

My twin girls were so excited to get this from Grandma on Christmas and had alot of fun for 5 minutes then the screen turned black and my very handy husband couldn't get it to work again. Going back to the store with 2 very disappointed girls. Technology on it is quite old for a [$] machine. Disappointing!
