            I bought this for my 4.5 year old daughter. First off it is not that cool looking; it is purple with the cast of victorious on it, which I hated because she doesnt know who they are. Secondly it wouldn't work, it kept saying "insert memory card" we tried 2 different cards, the first one was brand new and the second was from my camera so I know it works

                    i thought it wouldbe a cheap lil camera for her to play with and recrd things, but honestly after getting the camera out and playing with it..i was honestly shocked by how good the lil camera was. you can take still shot photos and record, and no sd card it neccesary to take recordings which is awesome, cause most other cameras i reviewed for kids required that if you wanted to take longer than a few second long videos...i bought my niece a different camera(was pink and black with skulls on it) and this one excels far greater than the one baought for my niece...you can actually even zoom in/out on this one...i would honestly purchase this one to take on a mini vacation if in a rush to get a camera:) your kids will have fun for sure!
