I got this diary when I opened it was nonething inside so i was really upset about. One good thing about was that you can hear music by your mp3. The voice to lock your diary didn't work.One day my cousin try to unlocked it and it work so i got really upset.

Not what we expected. It's just a voice activated small compartment holder. No diary, notepad, or anything my daughter was expecting. Also hard for her to use the voice activation and too easy to reset it.

my seven year old grand-daughter bought this item with her own hard earned money. she loved the fact that it would be secret password operated, but was very disappointed when she could only get it open part of the time. And extremely disappointed that it didn't come with that secret pen and note pad supposedly for that secret part of the diary.

We bought this product for my stepdaughter for her birthday for a whopping [$] after purchase of a warranty and are thoroughly disappointed. Why have a glow light designed for a special pen/paper and not supply the pen/paper!?!?! It doesn't even come with a regular notepad! For the price, it's a complete joke.

My daughter was so excited to receive this for Christmas. To her great disappointment it has not worked correctly from the moment we took it out of box. It does not open to the password, no matter how many times we have tried resetting it. Tried with my voice as well with no luck. The only way she actually gets any use out of it is to hook her ipod up to it to listen to music.
VERY DISPLEASED with this product. Definitely DO NOT recommend to anyone.

Gave this to my daughter for Christmas. Today, Jan. 13, is the first time we have managed to get it open. It does not even deserve 1 star. It is a ridiculous price for a lousy product with false advertising on the packaging. Toysrus should recall or refund these with "no questions asked" policy. Very unhappy with this product.

Makes noise, maybe a voice? Impossible to understand. NO INSTRUCTIONS!!! Not in the package. Not online. No diary. No room for a diary. Photo shows diary spiral binding on the left side; MISLEADING. There are no spirals, no paper. Inside are spaces for e small key and a stylus. No key included and no keyhole to use!?!! Music input jack- why? I have no idea how to find out if this works, how it works, what it does. It does not respond to a voice as stated on the sticker label on the front. It does not hold a diary; the opening size is not compatible with any size notebook or journal. Utterly baffling - misleading - I would recommend AGAINST buying Sanrio electronics based on this experience.

At least the post says Diary Holder, the package says Password Diary!! My daughter received this for her 7th birthday, first thing she wanted to play with, it only opens 1 out of 5 times, even though it recognized her voice, it would jam!! There is no place for a notebook, there is a small trinket box and a light. It is not worth the money and very disappointing that you can't even write in it!!! Do not waste your money!!!!
