Second child and after 3 years I couldn't find the diaper backpack I had for my first so I bought this one and absolutely hate it. It is too narrow at the top and too snug to fit what you need. To find anything quickly is a chore and once you do finally pry out what you need everything else you have packed on top of it comes along with it! It's the worst design I am hoping I can return it.

I wanted this diaper backpack when one of my friends got it for her baby shower so I decided I would buy it for myself when baby number two came along despite some of the bad reviews. I am extremely disappointed that the reviews are correct. I haven't had this diaper back 6 months and it has already lost a zipper and is falling apart at the seems in several places. I've decided that the slot for the changing pad is on the wrong side of the bag and gets in my way all the time. The only thing I like about this bag is that it is bigger than most backpacks and it can store two warm/cold bottles in the cooler compartment and it holds it's shape so stuff stays where I put it. But since it's falling apart already...I am not happy. My last diaper backpack lasted 2.5 years without so much as a stitch out of place.

This bag was simple, a great size and easy to use. It was great except that the front pocket ripped in the first two weeks of light use and the large zipper always came off when I tried to zip it up so I always had to zip from one side. I need a new bag as mine was stolen. Used for 6 months but I am not going to buy it again.

I use this every time we go out it is great i can put 3 outfirs in the back zipper and have 3-4 diapers/ pull ups for each child. And have room to have sippy cups and bottles for all three.. best diaper bag I've found. Could be a prettier color.

We received this diaper bag as a gift from my mother. I loved the idea of a backpack diaper bag. We were so excited about all of the storage and having something to carry on our back. That lasted just a few months because it quickly came apart. It has torn in 4 places, and I am now looking for a new diaper bag! BOO! Reading the reviews on this page, I am not sure who I should contact, but this product should have lasted more than 2-3 months.

I have a nine month old daughter and my husband and I both used this pack. Having a backpack is very convenient but this product is just poor quality. The stitching started tearing away last month and now the exterior shell has completely torn away of the inside shell in one area.I haven't tried to call the manufacturer so I'm not sure about their response but it's just not worth buying in the first place.

We received this as a gift at our baby shower over a year ago. This great for those dads that dont want to carry a girly diaper bag. Love all the compartments!

I bought mine from the store with the big red balls out front when my son was a few months old because I take public transportation and I walk everywhere. The stitching on mine never came loose and my son is now two. I feel so bad for you guys if the product was a knock off. Before I go mine was also cheaper. I still use it quite often. Always shop around first and read plenty of reviews.

My daughter received this as a shower gift from her gift registry at Babies "R" Us. She has used this backpack diaper bag less than 4 months. This item was purchased in Oct 2011. I called Eddie Bauer as I had read review dated 2/2012 (which was very helpful)and was given an [@] number to call. I called and they will be open tomorrow. I will try again. Eddie Bauer said that they only License to this company and this is not an actual Eddie Bauer product!!! I was shocked to think that Babies "R" Us would actually carry "knock off" products and the consumer is not even aware!!! I will f/u with this review after I call the above number this week.

This is the worst diaper bag EVER. I purchased this after having my second son because I thought it would be easier having a backpack with two little ones. After 2 months of use, all of the stitching pulled apart. I called Eddie Bauer and they said they don't actually manufacture this bag, just put their name on it. They gave me another company's name to call and they wouldn't exchange. I would think if you are putting your name on something, you would step up and make your customer happy. I will never buy an Eddie Bauer bag (and maybe product) ever again.
