We went through three different packages of the Papa Smurf and Clumsy figurines. In all three cases, the Papa Smurf figure was some sort of crystalline blue all over, including his hat and pants. If it weren't for the fact that the plastic was almost transparent, I would almost believe that the manufacturer had forgotten to paint the Papa Smurf figure. Toys R Us customer service said that the manufacturer had produced a certain number of these packages as collectible. Well, my son is five years old. He doesn't care about collectors items; all he knows is that Papa Smurf doesn't look right. Other than the borderline false advertising, the Smurf characters operate as you would expect of plastic figurines.

I got these for my godson who is OBSESSED w/ the Smurfs & was disappointed when the package came cause it said that the color & style might vary but when they came Papa Smurf (his favorite) was completely blue. No red pants & hat - no white beard - just completely blue - like he'd been frozen or something (having not seen the movie - I didn't know what was what). I looked in the stores closest to me to try to do an exchange but no one had them. He loved them but did ask me why his little Papa wasn't dressed like his big stuffed Papa. They move their arms & legs & he really liked them - my only complaint is that I feel cheated out of a Papa Smurf.

Despite the item list claiming that the all blue Papa Smurf is "Rare" and "Collectable" my wife ordered 5 sets of these figures for our children and EVERY ONE was a blue Papa Smurf.

Unbelievably dissatisfied, would most likely never order from Toys R Us again.

It states colors may vary but Papa smurf was see thru blue.Very upset with that.Looks like a blue jelly blob.Only good thing was the size of the figures

Papa Smurf is a all blue color. Not very attractive. Clumsy is as pictured.

I got almost all the smurfs! I only need one more set. But so far so good! Look just like they do in the movie! And nothing is not great about this toy

These smurfs are the perfect size for little hands!They are made extremely well.And they look just like the movie. We went through the smurf stage with my own kids and now with the grandkids!My daughter said,"Why didn't the have this when I was little?"(30 years ago). So darn cute I bought a set for myself!!!A++++++++
