        I picked this up for my daughter today and I think I had more fun then she did playing with it. As another user mentioned, it is more convenient to use with bigger craft paper as it is hard to determine the size and location of where she is going to draw. However I didn't have any issue installing the batteries or using the stamps. I would have liked to have better instructions for the pattern options, there are 10 dots indicating each one and nothing is labled on the item itself or the instuctions. Overall it was worth the amount I paid for it and I'm looking forward to playing with it more.

        Definitely need to use a large piece of paper with this product, to make sure you don't accidently write all over your table- Can't really tell which direction or how far the doodle daisy is going to go. Also, its hard to change the battery, remove the stamps or hat without accidently hitting the butt of the bug which turns it on and makes the legs wiggle/move. Sometimes this can be frustrating. I bought this on sale so I feel like it was worth the sale price I paid. Also, doesn't come with a stamp pad, so if you don't have one you use the tiny markers to draw on the stampers...this can take awhile for my 3 1/2 yr old...but keeps her busy.

          I bought this for my 4 year old for Christmas because she loves to draw and color. She was so excited to receive it and of course wanted to play with it right away. I took it in to add batteries only to find out I couldn't get the cover off. The instructions said to use a Phillips head screw driver, but several different sizes didn't work, plus it didn't look like a Phillips head to me. I don't know if I just ended up with a returned item or a bad screw, but considering the price was disappointed that it wasn't what I would expect from Crayola. I don't know if I'll be exchanging or returning, but I will be opening the box to check this if I exchange.
