My son has been a Similac fan since he switched to bottle and my daughter prefer Enfamil/Enfangrow. I decided to try the store brand because nutrients between store brand and the two I mentioned are very close but cheaper and Enfangrow formula quality has changed. First thing I noticed is the formula is a lot more yellow than Enfamil. Enfamil is whiter color than Similac but I think Babiesrus brand is even yellower. I don't know if it is good or bad. I just want to mention the difference. Because my daughter who is Enfamil drinker has lighter color poop than my son. Both of them did not have problem transitioning to this formula in terms of taste or anything related to their digestive system. There are reviewer mentioned this formula is very difficult to mix. I did not encounter this problem. I always mix formula with hot water first than either add room temperature water or cow milk. One important thing I noticed is that this formula did not leave any residue on bottle like Enfangrow. This is the main reason for me to search for alternative formula. I have to say that I am very happy with this formula so far and don't mind saving a few bucks as well.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

this formula is great as usual with babies r us brand. its cheap and easy and its pretty much the same formula just a different brand. the only thing i absolutely hate is that it doesnt mix well at all...i have to shake 1000 times when i make the bottles and when i heat the water up it isnt too bad, but all in all its great!

My son loves this formula. He never had a problem transitioning from the name brands to Babies R Us.

Additionally, I've done the side by side nutrient comparison and it's exactly the same. The only not-so-great thing is that it doesn't mix as easily as some others, but that doesn't lower it from a 5-star product, imo. It just takes an extra few seconds of shaking.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
