Can't make a positive comment because the right item wasn't sent. I felt bad for my granddaughter because she opened a present and it had nothing to do with what she liked. It was very disappointing to find out what happened when she didn't call to tell how excited she was about her gift.

I ordered this item online with 4 other items. When I received the HUGE box, which was twice the size of the order itself, inside were 5 items without any packing materials. Inside there were 3 items that I didn't order. Of the 2 items that arrived that I did order, this product was broken. The plastic had ripped off and the corners were smashed. Then I had to stand in line for 50 minutes to try to get my original items that I had paid for as well as a replacement for the broken item...but they didn't have any in stock! What a waste of my time, online as well as in the store.
