Product came quickly and was all there. I had read that there was a problem with the bonus disk missing, but that was not the case with us. The kids love the movie and the bonus disk.

My review isn't to knock the film. My family and I all LOVED it. My issue is with Toys R Us. We specifically made our purchase at TRU in order to get the Lego bonus disc. When I got our package home, there was no Lego disc. I called the store I made my purchase at and no one had any idea what the bonus disc was. Mind you, the Lego bonus is advertised in there BIg Book and on the HUGE Mater display right inside the front doors of the store. This went all the way up to an Assistant Manager who finally looked it up in the book and opened a package on the shelf to confirm the issue. And it took 45 minutes of holding on the phone to get that far. I was theninformed that there was an issue with the ditributor not sending the bonus discs to any of the stores in our district. TRU is working with Disney and the distributor to get it resolved. I had to call Disney to request that the LEgo disc be mailed to me at my house. I am SO disappointed in the lack of knowledge of the personnel at TRU. No one knows what they have advertised in what is their largest advertising campaign of the year!! This is unacceptable. And there was an e-mail notification sent to the stores letting them know about the issues with the LEGO discs, but there was nothing up on the shelves at the store. And the signage was still up all over stating the you get the TRU exclusive LEGO bonus disc. If you know there is an issue, you need to make sure that your associates know there is an issue and you need to put up signs to let the consumers know. I was so soured after this experience that is is HIGHLY unlikely that I will ever set foot in a TRU store again. I have called the corporate customer service number and I have yet to hear back from them regarding this. In a day and age that every dollar that is spent is crucial to a business's survival, I would thin kthat TRU would be putting more emphasis on customer service. I mean, really 45 minutes on hold to find out about a highly publicized exclusive. I don't sit on hold that long to talk to someone at the DMV and I have no alternatives to the DMV. I have many other sources to shop than TRU. I hope they get a clue soon, or they will find themselves without customers and closing their doors.

CARS 2... where do I begin? Well, the title says it all. I am a huge Pixar fan and they haven't once disappointed me with their incredible movies, and Cars 2 continues to validate that statement. When Pixar makes a sequel, they don't IMPROVE, they ADD TO THE AWESOMENESS! So I can say that Cars 2 is just as funny, heartwarming, and entertaining as its predescessor; no questions there. But it also has lots of epic new stuff, too! A totally unique new story, amazing new characters, and some super-cool action make this an enthralling thrill ride in a 2-hour-long timeframe! And the heart of this story is something truly amazing... I could go on and on about how this film has stolen my heart, and I highly recommend this film to everyone! <3
And I hope to receive it for Christmas this year in all its Blu-Ray glory!
