            My son was also disappointed. This toy doesn't work at all. We followed all directions and tried at least 10 different metal objects and it didn't detect any of them. Don't bother with this one.....

                  I didn't love that this was branded CSI, but we were buying Grandpa a real metal detector and thought this would be fun for our kids. It doesn't work at all. It either beeps and vibrates constantly, or if you turn it down it doesn't beep at all.
