I am very pleased with product. Not only is it super cute but it promots creativity with making your very own Monster High doll. The only complaint I have about this set is the fact that it dosn't come with two torsos like the later sets do. If there were two torsos there could be two compete dolls. Also I was a little dissapointed with the wig. It was shorter than advertised on the side of the box, but all that aside it is a good product.

I do like these kits. They allow me to practice making various dolls and dressing them as I see fit. Too bad there is only one torso (though I have seen them in the store with two), but the reasonable price and the convenience--and the fact that I really just needed part of the kit to complete a project I was working on means it fit what I needed. Mattell is always good about shipping and keeping you happy as a customer.

I wish I had seen the pack w/ 2 torsos b/c my niece wanted to be able to make 2 monsters. I think these dolls are more creepy b/c of how skinny they are than what they're supposed to be - monsters, but I think it's fun that you can "build" your own monster. Also, the wig isn't the best and if my niece had this to play w/ all the time, I don't think it would have any hair within a month or two. But over all it's pretty good.

What is up with the packaging it shows you can make two separate dolls,when i first got it i thought it would have two torsos and two hairs but it had only one of each. And also the ears for the werewolf it was a hard time putting them on.

this product is fantastic but people need to look at the package before purchase. the box is made of clear plastic so you can easily see all the parts. its your fault for not looking before you buy.

This kit is a lot of fun, but the packaging is soooo deceptive. Nowhere on the box displays a description of it's contents - and the box APPEARS to have enough pieces to create two complete dolls - it doesn't! You can only create one doll at a time. I came home with two very disappointed daughters =( ...And PS, it's already broken. Quality is the best.

They are all into Monster High, as for this product you put together a doll, it comes with two different parts of everything but the body. Which is really dumb. I have also purchesed an add on pack which doesn't come with the body either. They really should all come with there own body

Well I bought it just to try it out. The only 2 drawbacks I found was there is only 1 torso. So if you want to make the sea monster you have to use the white torso, which doesn't match and looks weird. The other problem is that the wig sits rather funny on the head, so her temples show. The item is great otherwise, the bodies snapped together well without alot of work. The company is on the right track with this concept!

The package is VERY DECEPTIVE! It shows 2 dolls next to each other, but the kit only comes with ONE body and ONE wig, so you can only build ONE doll at a time...RIDICULOUS! Having the children assemble their own doll saves Mattel a lot of money, probably a lot more than it would it have cost them to put in one more little body and one ratty wig! We were very excited about this kit, so we were even more dissapointed at the deception...we will be returning it and writing a letter to the Mattel.
