This product came shipped to us in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble and took about 45 minutes. The chair is very comfortable and is easy to clean! Love this product!

This glider broke while were were assembling it! There are two small plastic loops that hold the two metal rods when going from stationary to lock position...and they broke while were were assembling it! I called Shermag and they did not even apologize for the inconvenience...now we have to wait 10 business days to get our replacement part. A complete pain when we were expecting to be able to use this rocker tonight. I would not recommend this product - I can't imagine the replacement plastic parts underneath being any stronger when they arrive.

I had this product sent to my house after putting it on my registry. it was shipped within a week of purchase. When i opened the packaging, i was afraid that i would find broken or missing pieces. But it was all there, in perfect shape. The directions were a little hard to understand and i had to use some common sense to put it together. The one thing i would say was the most difficult were the sliding pieces. i had to have my husband hold the part still while i screwed in the massive screws.
The chair is exactly what i wanted. stark white with a tan cushion. it looks so beautiful in the room. The chair is made of real wood which is something i am really happy about. I love that there is a feature where you can stop the rocking with the leaver on one side. The chair is comfortable for myself (5'2") and my husband who is 5'11". I am also happy with the fact that the cushions are removable, in the even of an accident.
Overall, beautiful chair!

I love this chair. The arms are perfect for breastfeeding, it is comfortable, and durable. The package came with all the right pieces and my husband assembled it very easily. I love how you can glide all the way, or just a little. There are also different position options when stationary. I wish it didn't click so loudly when you locked the glider.

This product arrived and as I was unpacking I discovered that it was missing the seat. Also, one of the screws was stripped. It's likely I was shipped one that had previously been returned. Good luck getting anyone on the phone to help you resolve this issue at Babies R Us. So, I can't speak to product performance b/c it currently doesn't have a seat. I would say that assembly is not too complicated, you need 2 people to get the base established, then it is pretty smooth sailing from there. Overall, the end product is pretty shoddy - even for it's price point. After having spent the time assembling and trying to get someone on the phone to help me resolve the issue of it not coming with a seat cushion, I wish I would have purchased a higher quality product from a retailer that assembles or at least answers the phone. For anyone reading this thinking I am some kind of crank who goes online to complain about everything, I literally have never left a feedback like this - my frustration/irritation with this particular product compelled me to do so and my hope is that it may prevent you from making a bad decision that would lead you to have a similar experience.

This is a very nice glider. I use it most every day when nursing my 6 month old daughter. I have been very pleased with the quality, I find it to be very comfortable and the gliding motion is very smooth, both on the chair and ottoman. I find it to be more comfortable than other gliders I have used. This is a great looking piece of furniture also.

My husband had very little trouble putting the chair together, I'm not sure why some other reviewers had such a hard time with it. Overall we are very happy with it.

We bought two of these rockers and BOTH of them have broken. They started squeeking annoyingly after a month. And the bottom broke so badly that my child and I almost fell to the floor.

We love this glider. We tested out a bunch of gliders in store and this was one of two gliders that was tall enough for my husband. My husband is 6'4" and he can rest his head on the back of this glider. It was easy to put together, but I would recommend that two people put it together so the second person can hold parts in place while the first person screws them in. It did start squeaking, but we found that the screws needed to be tightened. My biggest concern with finding a glider was one that was large enough that my hips didn't get stuck in the chair when I was holding my baby. I know several people that bought cheaper gliders and had that problem. Overall, I love this glider and I wasn't looking to get a glider. I wanted a rocking chair, but this glider had everything on my check list.

We received the chair and my husband put this together start to finish in just under two hours. The directions are just pictures no words so that made it a little difficult but he did it with no help. The chair is nice and looks awesome in our nursery. I'm just waiting for the baby to come so I can rock him or her in the new chair! I would reccommend this definitely for the quality and price. It's very comfortable too.

We've had this chair for about 6 weeks now and absolutely love it! Bang for your buck (we got it on sale for [$]), it cannot be beat. It's super comfy, the gliding mechanism is smooth and quiet, and the quality and sturdiness is just as good as the much more expensive chairs that we tried (we shopped around a lot). The assembly was not a problem. The only hiccup was when I couldn't find the instructions and had to email the manufacturer. I got a response the next day indicating that the instructions were folded in the opaque bag containing all the screws. Whoops. With instructions in hand, I was able to assemble on my own in about 2 hours. The husband had to help with one part that required two people. I wouldn't say assembly was easy, but it was not particularly difficult either if you're used to assembling furniture.
