Was a gift for my daughter & was able to transfer music to it, BUT the dang thing wouldn't turn on regardless of how long we charged it. Do not waste your money on this. My daughter was so dissapointed :(

This item was a Christmas Present to my 7 year old daughter whose in love with monster high. Would not charge could not get it connected and never able to add songes. Returned to the store to find out someone else had just returned the same thing 15 min ago. DONT BUY THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything i have read has happened to me too! within 3 weeks of purchasing the Monster High DJ headphones the left ear stopped working, The Monster High MP3 player Only loaded songs once from then on the driver for the device will NOT work with windows-anyhthing! Error code 43, Unknown device problem code 0000002B and the device hasnt worked since. The company WILL NOT respond to tech support problems and their web-site doesnt even list ANY of THEIR Monster High Products... Keep that in mind when buying ANY of these products!! Also i have not seen a single one of these that came with the 1 year warranty card as stated on the package. They will not refund mine, that is only 3 months old. I will never buy another Monster High Electronic product again.

I bought this for my daughter as part of her monster high christmas presents. She had been asking for an "iPod" for a while so I thought it'd go along perfect and it was by far her most favorite gift. I drove an hour to the closest Toys-R-Us to buy it for her because no where else carried them. Afterwards, I didn't have too much of a problem downloading her music and it worked great after I charged it overnight. She listened to it all day and the next day she told me it wasn't working right. I figured she ran the battery down so I charged it overnight again. She immediately went to using it again the following morning and it kept kicking off after about 5 minutes of use. I can't even get it to come on again. It DID NOT come with a warranty card like it said otherwise I would be putting that to use. It's going in the garbage and I'll have to get her another mp3 player in a different brand...and make sure it really does come with a warranty card.

This was a Christmas goft for my daughter. It didn't come with the manual and there isn't one online. I've read that there are no drivers for these online, but I wouldn't know, because the one we have doesn't hook up to the computer. the only port on the devise at all is for the headphones. Do NOT buy this. I have not seen 1 good review online for this product.

tried loading it with music christmas eve will not even turn on was able to load music for a bit then said drivers not working , one unhappy grandma did not like not having gift for child . the sakar site does not even say they have. could not find product on there site for trouble shooting

This is about the most basic MP3 player I've ever seen. Think Shuffle, and you're about there. I had no problems with drivers when loading music on the device. If my daughter uses earbuds that were not included in the package, there is an issue with volume control (as in NO control). Other than that, this was a great purchase for my daughter.

We purchased this as a gift for our daughters. They are 6 and 8 and we wanted their first MP3 players to be something they could manage, without us worrying about the price. Wish we had spent the extra money to get something a little more reliable. First, you cannot load songs from Itunes onto this player - it only accepts MP3 files. Second, so glad that Santa didn't leave these under the tree without checking them out first because after 3 hours of trying to figure the players out, one of them didn't even work! Even though the music downloaded just fine, the play button didn't work, leaving us at 3:45 a.m. deciding that these would be from us, not Santa, and having to explain to the girls that one worked and the other would have to be returned. In the end, we have decided to return both and go ahead and spend the extra money for the Monster High MP3 player that has the screen. Don't waste your money on this product. Big sad face!
