Two negatives : top of ship detached too easily from the main part of the ship. Should have stronger hinge, and difficult for young ones to fit all the stuff inside the ship without it all falling out.

My four-year-old was so excited to get this gift and we bought it because it seemed durable and something that he could quiety play by himself. However, the top to the Millenium Falcon does not stay on. When open, the top falls off without anyone even touching it. It's too difficult for him to reattach himself, so I spend a lot of time putting it back together... not the reason we bought it. It seems like the most basic point of a toy that is supposed to open and close. Also, what little boy doesn't want to put guys in the ship to fly them around? You have to take all the guys out inorder for the ship to be closed. All around BAD DESIGN!!

My son saved his allowance for 10 weeks to buy this toy and was SO excited to finally buy it last week. He played with it 5 xs and now it won't close properly. What a huge waste of money and time. Poor kid! :(

              The toy would be great if it did not constantly fall apart. My sons (3 and 5) were really excited about it. It is constantly breaking into the two main pieces and all the small parts fall off too. I wish it had been better built. I would not buy again, instead I would buy an Imaginext Space Rocket or something as I have not had any trouble with my son's imaginext toys falling apart like this.

                Remember the Millennium Falcon from when you were a kid? This is a great, modern version that is durable enough for little kids. Put it together and fly it atound or set it down and open it up to play inside. Lots of other figures available to round out the cast.

                  We got this today, and my 5 year old loves it, however the hinge doesn't stay together. Each time he opens it, the pieces seperate. Ridiculous for a [$] toy. I think the age is off as well- my son is just now at the age where it has his attention.

                          We had a gift card to use and I bought this on a whim. My 3yo son LOVES it. He's never been one to play with something for very long but he has been walking around with this by his side for the past two weeks (ever since we got it). He loves the figures and the way it opens and he can play inside. The accessories are a bit extraneous, they are just sitting in a toy box but otherwise it's a really great toy for the budding Jedi. Also the book that comes along with the toy has been read rather frequently - I think I can recite it from memory at this point.

                            My son got this for Christmas with a couple of extra figures to go with it. The figures are fine, but the Millennium Falcon constantly falls apart. The top falls off when you lift it. It is supposed to lift up and stay, but lifts and usually falls off immediately. My son is not at all hard on toys either. it's hard for him to put it back together so I have to help him. Kind of disappointing.

                              My 2 sons (5 and 21 months) LOVE this toy and all of the matching figures. Its nice that its pretty strudy and looks very much like the ship they see in the movie.
                              The top does come apart from the bottom easily so we spend alot of time snapping it back together but otherwise its a great toy.
                              We did take some of the accessories and put them away, like the astroids etc. But my sons don't even know anything is missing.
