I use these finger pinch protectors on all my interior doors during the day. They can be placed high up so that little fingers can't pry them off, they are flexible enough to fit doors of varying thicknesses, and they don't mar the wood or paint on either the door or doorframe when baby starts playing "open-close". They are also very thick and don't compress. Some of the others we've tried are actually thin enough to still pinch baby's fingers if he applies enough force. Not with these!

I don't worry about my son catching his fingers when he closes his bed room door anymore! This is a pack of 2 and I use the other one on the inside doorknob to keep it from hitting the wall. Very durable foam too...my son has tried to chew on them, left marks but they are so thick it doesn't make a difference. Probably the best safety product I've purchased next to the cord shortener.
