Loved the product in the beginning. I liked that it was easy and that I can make my own food. However after about 2.5 to 3 months later the plastic part of the puree base cracked. I know that it is covered for a year however their customer service department is AWFUL! The only way for you to speak to someone is to wait until they call you back. Now with two kids that is not super convenient having to wait. I usually miss the call and the whole cycle starts over.

Now today after 6 months the power base doesnt work either. So after 6 months my baby bullet is completely unusable.

I would not recommend this product and am currently in the search for a new food processor.

now. Besides breast milk, I feel this product can

I am so disappointed with this product and the company's lack of customer service. I received it as a baby shower gift and didn't even realize how much I would enjoy making my child's baby food. But I did. And I used it for about 5 months before it completely stopped working. It does not work at all and the company will not replace it. Several communications with a customer service rep were completely fruitless. Very disappointed and will now purchase a good blender to use for making my child's food.

I used this Baby Bullet for five months and it broke. The blade burned out, before that the rubber o-ring broke, and now the motor broke. Babies R Us took it back and give me a new one but I would not recommend this product to anyone. I'd rather spend a little bit more money to get better quality.

Do not waste your money on this. I originally had a magic bullet that worked great but wanted the baby bullet for making baby food because it came with all the cute containers and i figured the magic bullet parts would work with the baby bullet and i could have more cups and containers to use. first, the parts between the two are not interchangeable, the bases are different sizes, but that was not my main issue. i just mention it in case anyone was curious. so i sign up for the warranty online and i'm glad i did. my first base broke within the first month or so and the blender attachment shattered when it dropped on the floor, which i didn't feel should have broken so easily, but baby bullet replaced it and it was a fairly easy process. then recently, not yet to a year of ownership, but getting close, the blender blade started leaking. still under warranty, i sent the company an email because the customer service number was not working (and still hasn't after numerous attempts to call), and a week later they got to me telling me they would replace the blade but i would have to call and pay for shipping. so i try calling again and the line won't work plus i think it's not fair that i have to pay for something that is under warranty. it is their responsibility to provide a product that works. anyways, i never got through on the phone line, emailed back again and they again told me to keep calling until the line works. unacceptable. i wish i had never wasted my money on this product and now my husband is mad and telling me "i told you so" because he told me not to buy it. plus the motor is weak, much weaker than the regular magic bullet. find something else to make your baby food. the cute little faces are not worth it. A product should not have several problems functioning in less than a year of use and customer service should not be so terrible.

Works pretty well at pureeing veggies. I can't seem to get it to leave them chunky yet small enough for a baby. It usually leaves mostly small chunks but a few large pieces mixed in which make it hard to feed. Food doesn't always move to the bottom to be chopped so I have to shake it while its running just to get it all mixed in. I have twins so making large batches of several frozen veggies at a time is essential. It make approx 1 serving at a time so it is time consuming. Overall it's easier to use than the grinder I originally bought and it makes GREAT purees.
