These are great bottles. I have tried Dr Brown and was very disappointed (they leaked and created gas for my baby. Too many annoying parts to clean with a tiny brush)
Born Free bottles are superb. The flow is adjusted by the baby - great feature for my little boy. Didn't experience any leaking. Easy to clean, although there are more parts than in a plain bottle. Overall would recommend to any parent.

The vent system is the best for my baby. I have tried several well known brands and it is by far the best. Fewer burping issues. I love how sturdy it is and how it feel. Not made in China but made in Israel. I bought some more and will encourage new parents to try it

I have 9 of these bottles and really liked them at first. Recently I noticed that when my twins drink from the bottle the "active flow" venting system creates bubbles with every drink they take creating a bottle full of bubbles and when they get down to the bubbles and drink a few it makes them spit up and have tummy aches. I called Summer Infant to ask about this problem, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER service...
They told me that when the vents start to rip this happens, I have only been using the bottles for 4 months- they offered to switch all of the bottles out for brand new ones, great I thought! Turns out the customer has to pay to ship their bottles back- if I am going to pay to ship back 3 sets of bottles (I need to keep some to feed my girls) I may as well just go buy new bottles. I had 3 bottles in my cabinet that had never been used and have been having a lot less bubbles so it does seem that the ripping vents cause the bottles to bubble. I do not want a bottle that has parts that only last for 4 months...if your smart you will go with Avent or Dr. Brown's. I will be investing in new bottles.

I used these bottles with my daughter when she was born 2 years ago and they were perfect! Never had any issues with them and i never had to replace any of them or any peice of them! I am now on my 3rd baby and just went out and bought some more!! I even recomended them to my sister whos having her first and she immediately put them on her registry!

I love the look of these bottles almost as much as I love the function of it. However, the nipples are very thin so it would collapse all the time

I got these bottles and LOVED them! Then they started to leak allllll the time and I was frustrated because I loved them and my baby drank so well from them-the nipple is perfect! So I did some research and found that if you mix the bottle (for formula) without the venting system and use the disk instead then they do NOT leak! The mixing of the formula under the vent causes too much pressure and it leaks out the sides. So don't do that and you'll be fine! These bottles are awesome! And I used TT, Avent, Playtex before these.

I literally just got these today but I can already tell a difference in how my daughter drinks. This is the fourth bottle I've tried with her because I've been looking for the perfect bottle. I used TT, Playtex, then Avent-which I just switched from and I believe I like the least. A lot of bottles have too fast of flow nipples but these I like, they came with a #2 nipple & it seems perfect for her, she is 5 months old. They're not hard to clean and they seem very durable. I like that it seems as though she is able to drink at her own pace, as advertised by the company. I hope these will be my final stopping point and not too good to be true! Oh yeah, they come with a little disk which is not used for the drinking just the traveling. Good luck to ya'll!

We first bought these bottles back in 2008, because they were some of the first available that were BPA-free. With another baby, we rebought more bottles again, because their website suggests buying new nipples, collars, and vents if you've stored them away in a place where these things could crack or mess up (which we did--in the garage in our humid summers). Well, seeing how many of these parts are no longer available at the stores or online, and with Babies R'Us running a 3 pack for [$] sale, we just decided to rebuy these bottles and some newborn nipples. The quality was excellent back in 2008 and remains excellent now. Our bottles do not leak (which the website suggests that the collar could be screwed on too tightly if the bottle does leak). The only complaint I have is that, again, if you need replacement parts, you will be currently hard-pressed to find them. Also we were lucky to still have our sterilizer from 2008, whereas they are not going to release a new sterilizer until fall of this year. But if you are not worried about that and have other methods of sterilization, I would still recommend these bottles.
