As a Paramedic, I am always on the lookout for medical-based toys. And Lego did not disappoint! This set is fabulous! Full of detail, right down to the cardiac monitor in the truck and the ditch bags for the minifigs. The cot could have wheels to be more realistic...but that is pretty minor. Having the patient minifig is a nice touch, even sets the scenario of bicycle vs ?? car, pole, trash can, etc.

I think it's n ritig good lego because it is led and build and is really good and play med.Er very bedere and larger than the old lego city ambulance. It is more expensive than the old ambulance, but also a piece of the street with and a bicycle. The stretcher is very easy to get in and out of it. There are two doctors and a normal lego man. You can easily get a good game out of this lego box :)

Awesome!

Comments about LEGO City Ambulance (4431):

Quite an amazing set. Finally we get a hospital themed set last one was in 2006 i think. You get your moneys worth defiantly. It includes 3 minifigs, 2 paramedics and 1 patient. I like how they added the bike for a reason to get hurt. The street corner though is not really needed but hey maybe he crashes into the stop light and lands head first into the trashcan. There are 3 ways to get into the ambulance. The back door, a flap on the top, and a removable roof. Lots of play features and completely recommend. Ps though the hospital's garage doesn't fit this ambulance if your planning on getting that set as well. Will be reviewing that soon too. Hope you like my review and don't step on a lego... They hurt.

    A new ambulance!

    By LEGOIsAwesome59736487

    from Toronto

Comments about LEGO City Ambulance (4431):

It's been a while since they made an ambulance. Here's a new one! It comes with a traffic light, a garbage can, a bike and helmet, a stretcher, an ambulance and three minifigures. None of the figures have double sided heads. The patient's hair is a blonde colour. He has a normal face with glasses. He has a buttoned shirt with no back printing and regular grey pants. The female doctor has a black hair piece, which is the same as Nya from the Ninjago theme. The face is a smile with lipstick. The uniform has pockets and back printing with the medical symbol. She has regular red pants. The male doctor has an orange hair piece. His face is also a smile. His uniform is the same as the female doctor's. Now for the traffic light and bike. The traffic light is pretty basic, but it has a nice grey pole. It comes on a grey corner. There is also a green garbage can that you can open. The bike is also green, and can stand up. It comes with a grey helmet that can fit on a minifigures head on on the back of the bike. And finally on to the ambulance! The ambulance is mainly white and red, and it opens it two ways. You can open it from the top and from the back. There are windows in the front and sides of the ambulance. There are 2 opening doors in the front, so that the male doctor can get in. In the back, there is a seat for the female doctor. You will also find a stretcher to put the patient on.

    Keeping Lego City Safe!

    By Alcyoneus

    from Undisclosed

Comments about LEGO City Ambulance (4431):

The Ambulance is a great vehicle set with some nice play potential. The ambulance itself is a smartly designed model with room for a driver, a care worker, and a patient. The patient stretcher is a nice touch, and slides neatly into the back of the ambulance for transport. The opening in the top of the ambulance is a great design feature that allows you to easily check on the patient during transport. Having three minifigs with this set really helps the play potential, as you can create a scene without any other Lego at all. When added with some other Lego City sets, this one really starts to shine. My son loves the ambulance and the vehicle, but pays little attention to the street corner element. However, it does look great when you attach it to a road tile, as it adds some nice detail to a cityscape.

    FINALLY A NICE SIZED AMBULANCE!....BUT $20?!

    By legomaniac2418

    from Undisclosed

Comments about LEGO City Ambulance (4431):

Its been a good 5 or 6 years now since the last Lego ambulance was out, a i can tell you that this one is 20 times better than the first. The ambulance is perfect in size compared to the last one and it looks GREAT along with its minifigures. Great amount of nice accessories including bike, medical cases, and others.....but $20!?!? An 2nd, WHY DID THEY MAKE THIS BEFORE THEY MADE THE HOSPITAL!? what were we supposed to due before they released the hospital, drive it around in circles and dump off injured people in the middle of the road?!! Overall a very nice set, but trying to build a city with one vehicle being $20 is a little hurtful to the budget.

Comments about LEGO City Ambulance (4431):

The set comes with 199 peices and comes with 3 minifigures. The man on the bike has a brownish-tanish hair, and has a blue shirt with red stripes. There are 2 doctors, one male and one female. The male has and orange-like hair and a red blend to it, his shirt is red and has realistic detail. The same with the girl, except she has black hair. The set also comes with a green trashcan, a fire hydrant, a green bike, and a streetlight. The ambulance comes with a strecher, 2 first aid kits, and a little area to put the kits in the front. It has a door in the back that opens to a small little "room" to care for the patient. The "room" has enough room to fit the strecher, and one minifigure. The ambulance has 19 lights on the outside, and the strecher has a small oxygen bottle on the side.I hope you enjoyed this review!

    Awesome and bigger Ambulance!!!!!!!

    By Daniel13

    from Covington

Comments about LEGO City Ambulance (4431):

This ambulance is really cool!! I got it near the end of July so it could go with my 2006 ambulance. Ambulance: Amazing, just amazing. The vehicle has more space for a doctor to work with the victim in the back with a computer and medical kits. The cab is neat and the back door opens great. Sidewalk: Awesome!!! I needed one of these for my city sets. The lights are cool and they also serve as a traffic signal for Lego trains. The trash bin is green so Lego people can be green to clean the city. The fire hydrant is great for use with fire sets. Minifigures&bike: This is my first bike and the Lego figures are new(especially the doctors).

    Lego City Ambulance

    By FireFighter

    from Classified Information

Comments about LEGO City Ambulance (4431):

This is a pretty good set. I got it for Christmas. It looks more like a European ambulance than your typical ambulance from the United States or Canada. I have modified this into an American-looking squad ambulance. First off, we have the minifigures. They are nice. I like the new medic uniforms. The civilian is pretty basic, as civilians usually are. It comes with what looks like a turn lane. It has a traffic light and fire hydrant. It comes with a stretcher and medical kits. I would suggest this set to people who don't care about detail or what county the vehicle is based off of or from.
