The doll is adorable, however, the bottle can't be replaced! Every one of these dolls uses a different bottle (which is ridiculous). They sell bottles but the bottles that they do sell don't work with this doll. Apparently there's a magnet or something in the nipple that makes the dolls mouth move, the bottles they sell in the store won't work with this doll. What 3 year old can hold on to a bottle this small? It lasted 3 hours before my daughter was crying because she couldn't feed dollie. And I'm aggravated because I went to 2 different stores and called customer service looking for this bottle!

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Purchase doll for my 18 month old and she loves it! Its mouth does not move but it's the head and neck that move slightly back and forth as if suckling not the mouth hole itself. I enjoy that it crys, laughs, says mmmm mama, babbles, etc. This brand "You and Me" is by toys r us and is cute and not too expensive compared too others out there! Didn't know the doll did all it did until I opened the box when home.d! purchased previous water baby that drank and wet itself but doll can create mold if not dried properly. That doll was too hard so I returned it for this one and I'm glad I did...I say this dolls hand, feet the neck and head are the more durable plastic and rest of body is firm filling but soft. I definetly recommend these "You and Me" brand toys r us dolls.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
