I won't order anything from ToysRUs website ever again. I was excited about the 24" Beach Cruiser. When my website order arrived after waiting two weeks, I hired someone to put it together. He realized it was not a 24" Beach Cruiser but a 26" one. Not what I ordered, and I couldn't use it. I called ToysRUs and they assured they would replace it with the correct one. After waiting another two weeks, the replacement arrived. I hired the fellow again to assemble the bike. Again, it was a 26" bike and again, I contacted ToysRUs and I sent back the bike. I was told to wait a week before ordering again and they would fix their mistake. When I called again, I was informed they made a mistake when they wrote the website and now they have corrected their website. They NEVER DID have a 24" women's beach cruiser, only a 26" one. ToysRUs won't locate a 24" bike to make their mistake right (positive their supplier has one!) and I am the loser time wise and financially. I will never again trust their website or order anything from them.
