This was a total waste of money.
We followed directions to the letter and the scarf showed only a very pale hint of colour. Didn't look the slightest bit tie-dyed.

when i got this it did not come with the fabric markers as described on the box. i was so upset you can't use it without them. it's not as fun. don't buy it.

My daughter was so excited to use this, we made sure we followed the directions and we covered the area we were working on with trash bags so we did not make a mess. She picked out the colors she wanted to use, and we mixed them. The gloves are useless, they broke, and we both ended up with blue hands. She chose pink and purple.... both colors looked exactly the same. WHAT A MESS. After rinsing the dye off of the scarf, it looks like a dark blue, and is not at all what it should look like. What a waste of money. DO NOT spend your money on this. I want a refund. My hands will be blue for a week! Not to mention the money wasted on the blank shirts!
