Material is scratchy. I thought it might soften up with some washings, but it is still just as scratchy as the day I received it. Also, the patterned fabric has faded dramatically. My little boy is only 6 months old and the towel looks about 6 years old. Not pleased with the product at all.

This hooded towel is definitely better quality than any others I have seen for sale in stores. Most tend to be real thin and rather ugly. I really like this one because it is thicker and because it's sophisticated-looking and goes along wonderfully with our bathroom motif.
