      I bought this for my daughter who will be turning 2 in a few weeks. She wanted a doll that had hair she could brush and put clips in. The Hispanic doll does not have straight hair as shown in the picture; it was curly and I was afraid it would be too hard for a 2-yr-old to brush. So I actually returned this doll and got the blonde doll with straight hair. Both dolls are cute though and good for young children.

      I think the doll is nice, however the quality of the face is not the same as the older version. One of the eyes had a slight lift bump "line" from the paint used to paint in the eye. I will be contacting fisher price about this. The older version had real doll eyes and I think was cuter. This one seems cheaper that regard. The boots are hard to put on the older version of the doll. The body construction ironically seems sturdier. My daughter loves it which is all that matters.

      Lastly the photo shows the doll having straight hair and ours has curly hair on bottom half which I was slightly disappointed in since I wanted it for this because my daughter has straight hair.
