    Needs better instructions

    At first we had the same problem as most reviewers - no water was coming out, even when an adult tried to drink from the cup. I contacted the company and they instructed us to stretch the rubber part a bit before first use, and then "burp" the cup: prepare the cup with water as instructed in the directions, then turn it upside down and run your finger nail (or the edge of a spoon, if you prefer) between the rubber and the plastic rim, allowing the air to escape from the little ridges through which the water travels. After we did this the cup worked very well.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
