The blasted is very small but packs a big punch when you need it. I eat through darts with this and have to reload almost every ten seconds but rhats a good thing with this it shoots fast!

From a girl point of view, I love it ! This little thing packs a big punch. The long you hold down the button, the harder they come out. Though if you shoot all of them one after another really quick it will lose power to the shots. They may not go farther but they sure will make people dodge them. I wish it came with more than one clip. I can go through a whole clip in less than 30 seconds when I feel like it. It is kind of noisie cause it has to build up air to shoot them out. You can shoot them in a second or less. As soon as you press the bottom button you are good to go. It handles being dropped really well. I have dropped mine alot. It is pretty easy to get out of the box. Just load it up and put the batteries in. That is all there is to it. I bought it for myself but it would make perfect gifts. It helps releave stress too ! Just avoid shooting people in the head or at close range. The head hurts and when your close it hurts just that much more. It is pretty easy to use. I would probaly say that a kid with special needs could possibly use one of these or the full-automatic ones. One of my little cousins that are about 5 used it. Even though it was a little to big for him, he was still able to shoot it.

I like how the blaster has 3 slingmounts so that you can put a strap on around your sholderor your belt loop. You can take out targets fast with semi auto blasting. It kinda eats up batteries because you have to put 3 AA batteries just to make the clip work. Then its 4 AA batteries just to make the gun work. But I can understand why its semi auto. Its better than a bunch of D batteries. By the way i did a test and the gun shoots 2 darts per second. If you liked the barricade you will like this blaster except its not as loud.

It's a really practical gun for nerf wars and hvz and it's portable. I love the fact that you can see the blue light from the firefly clip through the jam door. Right out of the box it shoots 25-30 ft. consistently. It's quieter than the Barricade and in my opinion it's a lot better, even though it's 15 $ more. I think of it as a new and improved firefly that's semi-automatic. My only complaints are that it requires 7 double B batteries and that it's only semi-automatic, not both semi-automatic and full-auto. Overall, it's the coolest glow dart gun from Nerf yet (in my opinion) and one of the coolest Nerf blasters ever.

Easy to use, really glows in the dark, but it just needs to have a faster trigger mechanism. Otherwise epic.
