I love the crib and the dresser. However the first month of owning the dresser, the knobs fell off. I had to Krazy Glue them back on and now they are holding up fine.

I'm an ex-Disney employee and wanted something elegant for my nursery. So....when I saw this set I was in heaven. We ordered all three pieces and when this dresser came the bottom drawer was broken. Babies R Us said they couldn't replace the dreser b/c it was on backorder and I would need to call the manufacturer, DELTA Children's Products. I call, they inform me the only option I have is to get a new drawer box and front frame and put it together myself. They refused to send a new dresser and when I receieved the replacement it came with no screws, no hinges and no directions. So now my husband is playing the role of carpenter. My advice? Buy a better white dresser and put on cute knobs and handles yourself. BTW...the pieces to this are all particle board and very cheap. It appears that the floor model in the store is a nicer version than what you receive.

This furniture set is adorable but if you read the other reviews there are some negatives. First off the shipping costs are way over priced so I opted for in store pick up which they claim takes 7-14 business days to arrive at the store. 1 month later and several phone calls, totaling a couple hrs of long hold periods,disconnections, and cust service reps who had no idea where my furniture was or when it would arrive, I was to say the least annoyed! No one ever contacted me regarding the order and I happened to call the store and found out they had all the merchandise in stock. Finally I could pick it up. At the store they couldn't find a record of my purchase for an hr at least. They finally just gave it to me since I had a detailed receipt. When I got it home I found out the 2 crystal knobs were broken and there was a chip on the top. All of these r issues I had read previous clients dealt with so I prepared myself in advance and ordered this long before my due date. I will be returning it to the store myself as they will not offer any other options. They will refund me the purchase and I now have to order a new one and start this process all over again. I did order 2cribs and 2 4drawer dressers from the Disney princess set as well and they were in perfect condition. I do love this furniture and it looks beautiful in my twin nursery. If you have the time and patience to purchase this furniture I would recommend it because once you get urn damaged pieces it is really adorable. Not the best quality on the market but it is really cute!

We really like the look of this dresser, however the product description is very misleading. The "combo" name is so misleading that it has the Dothan store where we ordered our furniture at confused. The store clerk that we spoke with told us the "combo" included the changing table with the dresser, however 2 weeks later when it came in, she was mistaken. This has been nothing but a headache for us after being told the wrong thing by a sales associate at the store. BUYER BEWARE-IT DOES NOT COME WITH CHANGING TABLE!!!

I absolutely fell in love with this design when i saw it at our Babies R Us store. My parents bought this dresser as well as the crib for my baby shower and the information is very missleading regarding the "combo" unit. First of all the dresser DOES NOT come with the changing station. Since my parents bought this from our local Babies R Us store, the employee who was assisting us failed to mention that the changing station is sold seperatly! Very disapointed in the description as well as the customer service of babies r us. Also, the holes where you screw in the bolts to attach the handle for the dresser were off. They did not match the openings for us to screw in the bolts so my husband had to drill in new holes. Other than these cons, I would say its a very beautiful set. Delta just needs to re-word the description of the product and double check their work. I would rcommend this to friends but have them double check the boxes before delivery or pick up to confirm damages.

I love the look of the set, it's adorable in my daughter's room. However, the quality is horrible. We had to exchange the dresser twice because of damaged wood. The first one the top was chipped paint and cracked wood. The second one, the drawers did not line up and one drawer was missing a rail.

Cute dresser but misleading purchase. It's called a combo unit yet you must purchase the changing table "top" separate. I feel the purchase description should be more specific, clearly stating the top is an additional item. Bought this as a gift so when it arrived, it wasn't what we expected and now am disappointed. Chino Hills CA store provides EXTREMELY poor customer service making the experience even worse.

I got this unit along with the crib and it is absolutely beautiful. We bought the top to it to use as a changing table. It is perfect if you have a little princess.

It is absolutely beautiful. We purchased this and the princess crib for our daughter. Love the detail and arrived fully assembled. Only had to screw in the handles. I fully recommend to anyone looking for something for their little princess (:
