My 22 month old loves this Minnie. She often has her in tow and carries on conversations with her. She would love this toy even if the snap on clothing was not a feature and she has a little difficulty getting the clothes on but is able to do it when she has the patience (with the exception of the shoes which she needs help with.) The only downside is that Minnie doesn't secure into the scooter and so she tips over often which is a big source of frustration. It would be nice if there was some way Minnie could snap into the scooter, but I guess it's good practice for her both in patience and motor skills. I would definitely purchase this again and would purchase additional Disney characters if they were available.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
