Omgoodness!! I love these diapers. They've kept my 5 month daughter dry from the day she was born. After using them at the hospital and the first few weeks after, my husband and I knew we'd found the perfect fit for our daughter. We were so convinced that we exchanged the other brands that we received at our baby shower for the Pampers Swaddlers brand. Although they may cost a few cents more than most brands, its well worth it and proves the old adage true- "You get what you pay for".

As a new mom we've tried other diapers looking for what worked best for price. We were given Swaddlers in the hospital and after using them, cheaper brands in no way came close. In fact- we donated the rest of the packs of other brands because I couldn't wait to get back to Swaddlers.

I will only use Pampers on my 5 month old daughter. I have tried a few other brands that family and friends gave to us and I did not like any of them. I never have to worry about blow outs or leaks when my daughter is wearing pampers.

Pampers Swaddlers--with wetness indicator. These diapers are great because the yellow line turns blue if the diaper is wet so you can tell if your child is wet without having to feel the diaper or taking the diaper or clothes off. They are great.

OK, so I was noticing a funny, strange scent coming from my 6 week old, I thought the poor thing had bad gas.... but lo and behold...I realized that it was in fact the new size 2 DIAPERS that had a yucky, almost moth-ball like smell. Ew. They are fine for wetness protection, but I like the sweet smell of my newborn, when he's clean more than anything. Won't buy the swaddlers again!! note, the 'baby dry' diapers don't put off this odor whatsover...hmmm, must be just the swaddlers.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
