Bought the mustang/camaro for my grandson for Christmas.. 1 car worked great, the other not so good. Decided to return them, only choice was the quads so we took them home. Again 1 worked great the other not so much. Have to take them back again! The nearest Toys R Us is an hour ride from my house. Seems I'm going to wind up paying more for gas than I did for the toy! Cool idea, but don't waste your money!

We have had two sets of this these cars. The first one was returned because one of the trucks kept resetting itself making it almost impossible to tell who won. We returned them to the store (within days of purchase) to exchange them. They did not have it in stock, so I had to PAY SHIPPING to have a replacement sent. It arrived and did not work from the moment it came out of the box. One truck would only drive sporatically. It is going back to the store too and I will be asking for a refund of the shipping fees. Will not buy it again and would not recommend.

Nice concept, but the actual function of these is junk. You pretty much need to be next to the trucks for them to respond to the remote control. The laser-tag is a motivating feature and in my opinion the only reason to buy one of these sets. The construction is cheap and when we purchased our set, only one of the trucks worked. They are the type of RC Cars you buy your kid for five minutes of fun and expect it to be gone the next day - they are most certainly not worth anymore than $20.

My boys, 9 & 10, were really excited about these. One of the trucks had an issue though. My 10 yr old said it kept shutting off mid-battle, even after new batteries were installed.

My son received this as a Christmas present just two days ago. He was so excited as he saw this on TV and begged and begged for it. Got it out of the box and immediately noticed that one of the vehicles would not turn while driving. Tried switching the batteries, still wasn't working. Would aim trucks directly at one another and shoot - but one of them does not pick up the "laser" at all. Went to play with it this morning and now the other truck will not turn while driving. Did a search on [@] since there were no reviews on here, and it looks like some other people have had problems with these too. Needless to say, I will be returning these for something else ASAP! Doesn't even deserve one star.
