I have had 5 different double stroller, I still have 3. This stroller is by far my favorite. I have a Chicco brand infant car seat that can fit in either the back or front seat with my 2 1/2 yr old in either seat. The Chicco seats dont just fit right in like most other seats, I watched a YouTube video that someone made that taught me how. With the back seat you leave the seat on the stroller but unhook the back from the frame, lay it down as far as possible and detatch it from the canopy. You need to tilt the seat down a bit, feet down towards the ground, to get it under the parent tray. Dont worry the parent tray doesnt rest on your baby. The front seat you pull the canopy all the way forward, folded up, and use it as support under the car seat. I recommend using the safety straps when you have it in the front, not necessary for the back though.
My only complaints, which all strollers have some issues there isnt one out there that is perfect, is that the basket isnt big enough for the diaper bag, its a little hard to turn with one hand, and the latch when folded doesnt stay latched. Our work arounds are to hang our diaper bag from hooks on the handle, to use two hands when turning, and to just be careful when carrying it while folded.
A lot of people complain about the weight of the stroller. Its only 35lbs and what double stroller isnt heavy?!? Another complaint I have read is that its hard to fold, the trick is to pull the stroller backwards so that the front tires are in a backwards motion and then fold it otherwise the tires are in the way. Ive also read anout kids slipping out of the front seat, my 2 yr old never has and she isnt always buckled.
Just make sure you understand that every stroller is going to have something you dont like and there isnt the perfect stroller out there. Hope this review helps some people out.

I purchased this stroller for our 2YO and Newborn. I thought that it might be a good choice because our 2YO is independant and eventually would like the "Stand" aspect. Not even 5 months passed before it started to fall apart. The seats started ripping and the wheels wobble because the axles are made cheeply. Went into the store to research another option. The people at our "Babies R Us" were wonderful and let me exchange it under our protection plan. Got the new one and the same thing has started happening again, except only after 2 uses!!!! My kids are teeny and this stroller should be able to handle the combined weight of my children(38lbs.) Needless to say I am getting a completely different Stroller by a completely different brand. Sorry Baby Trend!

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Double Stroller - Fusion:

Baby carrier that goes to this stroller is the worst! Canopy is not adjustable. When using carrier as a rear-facing car seat, the sun will always be in your baby's eyes. Canopy cannot be pulled in front of the baby. Basket underneath is barely accessible with the back footrest attached. I took it off (since I'm using the infant carrier in the back), and it's still a tight squeeze. Had to buy mommy hooks for the handle bar. The compartment between cup holders only fits some keys, no phone could fit in there. Stroller takes up almost the entire trunk of my car. Can only do very light foodshopping if I put the stroller in trunk. Would not buy this again.

I have 4 yo twins, a 22 month old and newborn. We have had several double strollers over the years. This one is one of the best. Fit well with car seat and is easy to fold with one hand. Yes it is a little large when folded but come on its a double stroller. Facts are if you need a large stroller with several children you must also have a large car!! It doesn't turn on a dime but compared to others it's wonderful. Those who have bad things to say are most likely newer moms that are not use to larger strollers.

Product is a gift to my Granddaughter for her third child. The product was sent to me by your firm via UPS who delivered it to the wrong house.
The people that received it in error brought the product over to me. What a lousy job by UPS and it had my correct address.

This worked really well with my two girls. As my older daughter got bigger she began to use the sit and stand option. It's really been great and grew with my girls well.

What a great stroller. I like the color because it doesn't show dirt as easily as some and it being so convertible is fantastic. The only negative is the area that holds the diaper bag is a little difficult to get into. Other then that what a great find. I would purchase again.

About Me Parent of Two or More Children

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Double Stroller - Fusion:

We bought this because it was the smartest/cheapest option for our 4 month old and 2.5 year old and I read in reviews that Chicco car seats can be used. The carseat can sit on top of the front seat, as described in the directions, but it's not as secure as the Baby Trend car seat would be. The directions state to strap the car seat with straps provided. The straps are bright red and located in little pockets on either side of the front seat, but the directions don't state this. My husband and I couldn't find them until I read another review. The strap fits pretty tight and feels much more secure than just resting the car seat on the front seat.

Took both my kids to the park using our double stroller. My two year old loved sitting in it and my 9 day old baby girls babytrend carseat fit in the back seat (you have to fold the tray down, no big deal). It was a little heavy to push but with a 25 pound toddler and my infant in her carseat I'd want it to be planted to the ground. It may just be a little heavier for me as I Just had a c-section 9 days ago and I'm pretty short only 5'2". Easy assembly just popped the wheels and canopy on I did this at 39 weeks pregnant! The only thing I don't like is the basket is small and hard to get to, but for now I put the diaper bag inbetween the seats.

This is the worst double stroller. A very bad investment for my twin boys. They are now 2 years old and I have to invest in another stroller. Navigation does not exist. Steering is impossible. It worked when the boys were babies but this stroller does not perform well with weight. I have to actually lift the front to steer left or right. Stay away from this stroller.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Double Stroller - Fusion:

I needed a new stroller to accommodate my newborn and my 2 1/2 year old. Th strolled is mostly assembled when you get it. You have to attach the wheels and canopy. No tools required... everything just snaps into place. I do find it to be a little heavy and bulky (compared to my single stroller) but it was expected because it needs to hold more children and weight. I find it very easy to maneuver and it rides very smoothly. I currently use it with my Evenflo Secure Ride 35 e3 Infant car seat and it fits just fine and is secured well with the strollers red belt. I have my older son sitting in the standard position in the back for now because it is just easier for me to keep track of him but we have tried the bench and standing position. He likes them all. Both my children are large (my 2 weeks old is over 10lbs and my 2 1/2 years old is 39lbs and 38ins) they both fit comfortably and the stroller is still easy for me to push even after having a c-section.

The only con I have is that is does take up some trunk space but I would still buy it again knowing that. It seems very durable however I have the same complaint that I have with all strollers. I wish the canopies were waterproof. My oldest hates those plastic stroller covers so I just try to avoid being caught in the rain.
