Description



Barbie stars as Blair Willows, a kind-hearted girl who is chosen to attend Princess Charm School: a magical, modern place that teaches dancing, how to have tea parties, and proper princess manners. Blair loves her classes -- as well as the helpful magical sprites and her new friends, Princesses Hadley and Delancy.         I watched this movie with my 5 year old. I think the messages behind the story may be for girls who are a bit older, but overall, it's a fun movie. My girl is starting kindergarten in the Fall, now she wants to go to Princess Charm School and she'd put a book or two on her head for her poise. Fun.

                  When I first saw the trailer of this movie I thought I wasn't going to like yet alone buy it. Then when it hit stores I picked it up and read the back and it caught my attention. I ended up buying it and absolutely loved it. The storyline was original and entertaining. The music in the movie was nice. It had a very nice lesson to teach kids about friendship and how you should treat others even if they aren't always nice. The only thing I am still am not used to is the new actress who now plays Barbie now. I miss miss Kelly who originally played Barbie but I'm sure Mattel has its reasons for changing the voice actress. Other than that this movie has to be my new favorite and is great for Barbie movie collectors like myself and anyone who loves Barbie in general.

                  Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
