Product (unavailable in the store) was shipped and received within a week. Grand daughter was thrilled with Dora and lugged her around all day until she left for home with her mom and dad.

Needs to be more "huggable" dolls with soft features rather than hard rubber or hard plastic heads.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I order online because i don't have time to be in stores with 2 kids.
I ordered this as a gift for a birthday party and when I went to the store to pick up the next day (the day of the party) my order had been canceled because they had none in the store(even though the website said they did).
I had to run around different toysrus till i found one. My niece is a dora fanatic and wanted the same one my daughter has...this is not the 1st time this happens to me...poor service
