Fell off the stove after just 4 days

I was thrilled to use this product since it would keep my little one's hand off the hot stovetop. It installed easily and worked great for the first few days. By day 3 it was starting to lose its hold on the stove and by day 4 it had completely fallen off the stove. Even after following the installation directions perfectly, the tape just wasn't the best quality and couldn't withstand the heat from the stove. Unfortunately, I had recieved this item off my baby registry and didn't use it until my son was much older, so I was informed by Customer Service that there was nothing they could do since it was outside the 90 day policy.

I have a gas stove so it is extremely important to me to keep my 18 month old twins little fingers out of the flames. This product works is exactly what we needed. It was easy to install and is incredibly easy to use and clean. We had no problems with the adhesive and while the picture on the box shows the guard stuck to the front edge of the stove we have a curved front so we put it on the top edge which provides the same protection and puts it a little higher out of reach of the kids. It took a couple days to get used to but the security it provides is worth it.
