Made of cheap plastic. Feels like something is loose inside it. COntrols are very difficult to figure out for an adult, let alone a child.

I recently bought this MP4 Player last week and so far I have had no problems with it. I like that it's shapped like R2D2 and comes with matching C3PO headphones and how it comes with bonus pictures and sounds. I also love how you can play music and store pictures on it. Plus the sound is really good whether you listen to it with the headphones or with out the headphones. The One thing I don't like about it is when you listen to the song it kinda sounds like it's skipping or the voice is cutting out. Also this player can only download MP3 songs and no other format. It took me two days to figure that out. Overall a good product!

Music loaded on the disk will play through the computer while the player screen indicates "Disk Empty!" My son is so disappointed with this gift and I'm sorry his aunt wasted her money. It's going back. Customer Service at Jazwares amounts to a recording directing me to their website, where this product isn't even listed. Unbelievably bad product.

This product looks great but rattles like it is broken, my son was so excited about it but after 2 hours of listening it quit working. It would not charge at all! The video that was loaded played one time and then said error and wouldn't replay. Returned for refund. Don't waste your money.

This was purchased as a Christmas present for my autistic child. Opened Christmas day to charge and the insides rattled around like a maraca! Would not function properly. Returned to local ToysRUs the day after Christmas and was given great service by employees. Found another to replace it with. Brought it home charged it up added songs by drag and drop and gave it to my child. It is VERY VERY LOVED. How ever later the same day my child brought it to me b/c my child managed to get the sound too loud and wanted me to turn it down and the insides were rattling like a maraca. If you purchase this for a child in the suggested age range make sure they are VERY careful with it. Even though the insides are doing this the Mp4 is still functioning properly.

Bought this for my son for Christmas, and he LOVED it, couldn't have found a more perfect gift for him, and the C3PO headphones just put it over the top. The video could be a little better, but for the price it is well worth it, and much more expensive on other sites.

First off, my son LOVES his R2-D2 "iPod" so it was money well spent. BUT there are some areas where this device can be improved upon.

It's one of those things where you know you're not going to be adding music all the time so you sacrifice the time and sanity so you little kids can enjoy their R2D2 "iPod".

Gave to my son for Christmas morning... by lunch it no longer worked, it won't even power on. Made very poorly.
