We bought one for our 1 year old for his birthday, and our 3 year old (who is small for his age) absolutely goes nuts for it- we are now ordering a second one so they both have one. It is up to a 50# weight limit, so when they get too heavy for it, you can still use it as a pillow. Assembly takes less than 5 minutes- it takes longer to cut the plastic tabs off the packaging than to put together.

I'm really not sure how they make the kids in the picture look so tall and comfortable. If you have a semi-tall toddler this will be too close to the ground and very hard for your child to sit on it. I have a 19mo old who is tall for his age. He could not sit on the top of the dino without the handle bar pushing into his chest. When he scooted back the dino slipped out from under him.

Got this as a Christmas present for my 1 year old. His feet don't touch the floor yet, but he loves being pushed around on it. The wheels roll easily on hard wood floors, and the caster wheels turn easily in any direction. Even my 8 yr old likes it although he's technically too big for it, however, it supports his weight as well.

Overall I think the pillow racer is an awesome toy. I have both the dino and turtle pillow racer. The only down side, well two.... first, with the dino, not enough fluff on the seat part. Second, my 2yr is tall for her age, and this toy is apparently not made for kids over 3ft. Otherwise, my 2yr just puts up her feet and I roll her around. I sort of wish they make them for adults...

We purchased the dino pillow racer for our grandson for an Easter gift as he loves the TV show Dino Dan. They have hardwood floors in their home, and the Dino pillow racer was a huge success. He is 2 1/2 and the perfect size and age to handle this on his own. He was even riding it on their patio, so very versatile! I would highly recommend this product and plan to purchase the ladybug for a granddaughter!
