The BRITAX ADVOCATE 70 CS convertible car seat is designed for children rear facing from 5 to 40 pounds and forward facing from 1 year and 20 lbs up to 70 pounds. The ADVOCATE 70 CS achieves revolutionary head safety through the use of BRITAX SafeCell Technology, integrated steel bars, and Versa-Tether that work together to minimize head excursion and reduce the risk of head injury during a frontal impact. The ADVOCATE 70 CS also incorporates energy-managing Side Impact Cushion Technology, reducing incoming side impact crash energy by 45 percent by diverting crash forces away from the child. It is also equipped with BRITAX True Side Impact Protection, HUGS and a Click & Safe Snug Harness Indicator. It also features a five-point, no-rethread and quick-adjust harness, multiple buckle and recline adjustments, and a body pillow for comfort. An easy access cover and access to belt paths from the front of the seat make it easier to install.

I LOVE the click and safe option. Sales person told me it would be an option that I would never use....but I use it EVERY time I put my little one in his seat. The installation of this seat is simple and I feel my grandson is the safest he has ever been in my truck. My grandson has something medically wrong that makes him throw up a lot so after struggling with several car seats and the hassles of removing and washing the covers I am glad I found this easier cover to remove. Like others, its not the easiest thing to do if you find you have to do it several times a week, however, its one of the easier ones so far. This seat is packed with many safety features as well as conveniences of use for the adult that you can't go wrong. The zebra fabric is not "loud" in the colors as I had feared either....very subtle and more grey and black versus white and black.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
