        This is perfect for giving newborns a bath before they lose their umbilical cord. We only used it for about 2 weeks (about 5 times total) but for the price it was definitely worth it.

          Origionally I had planned to use a towel under my baby for baths, but when I came across this cushion and saw the price I had to get it. I used it when sponge bathing my baby and now I am using it in the tub. So far I have no complaints.

            My sister in law told me about this product before I had my son. I thought I would give it a try since I didn't like how babies slide or slump down in newborn bathtubs. Not only was this sponge super cheap, but it was awesome for us. We just put it in the normal bathtub, and filled up just enough water to where the sponge was half way absorbed and warm. Then we put our baby on it and he could kick and move while we poured water on him and gave him a bath. We would even take this on our vacations since it's so light and easy to move around. We used this until our son was old enough to sit up on his own without help. You can just trash it when you're done using it. I will for sure be buying another one of these with our baby #2 on the way.
