The backrest keeps them supported in any style chair and allows them the option of sitting towards the chairs front edge, so meals are within reach and legs can dangle comfortably over the cushions soft, rounded front edge. Six generous, non-skid feet help keep the Booster situated in place. The soft skin urethane cushion is impervious to spills and a cinch to clean. The cushion lifts out easily when the whole Booster needs to be wiped down. The Booster backrest stays securely open by locking into place and collapses in an instant with the push of a button for storage or transport. Headed to Grandmas or a local restaurant? We bought this seat for our 3yr old daughter and it is working out great! We like that it is pretty simple and requires no straps that could damage chairs. Easy to clean and gives her just the right height to sit comfortably at the table. The only thing we do not like is that the seat cushion is starting to chip up little pieces. I am not sure what the warranty is but I think we might take it back and try to exchange it.

My son is 3 and a little short to reach the table so there was a mess all over when he ate...this chair is just the perfect height he needed. Much less mess when he is eating and it makes eating easier for him. I love that this chair is easy to clean and fold to put away. I do wish there were straps on the seat to hook to the main chair.
