I loved this Jewelry CD Boombox! But is was so disappointing to have to return it, as the CD part wouldn't work. And then to have to pay shipping to get a new one. And to our great disappointmen the new one STILL wouldn't work. Our little granddaughter was okay with a different toy but this was the toy that we wanted to give her. :(

I got this for my 5 year old daughter for Christmas. I loved that it went with her Disney Princess bedroom. However I do not like the fact that there is no Adapter. You do have to buy batteries.

I bought the previous model not long a go, I think even prettier than this one but I have all the same comments as all the other reviews. When it worked it was great & then out of no where it stopped. Grandpa managed to fix at the time but no error messages & then again it stopped & told us it cannot read. Very disappointed as it still looks brand new :0(

my daughter got this as a birthday gift in april. it has not worked. no plug will fit into it we've tried them all. and we put batteries in it but the cd player would not work. so disapointed that she got this beautiful item that she can not use.

I have never written a product review....
I got this for my 5 year old daughter's birthday. The first one did not work, returning was a nightmare, and now the replacement does not work either. It is such a shame to have to give a gift to a child only to disappoint, TWICE.

Does not include plug for use with outlet. Information is in the packaging to order a plug for an additional 12.99. Shocked by this! We bought the Disney Princess Karaokee cd player and it came fully equipped for immediate use. I was very disappointed this specific item as it did not list the lack of a plug in description.

This boombox is sure cute, but there are a few negatives. It does not come with an adaptor and you cannot buy one in the store. You have to contact the manufacturer and pay an extra 12.99 to purchase one. Also, there is no radio so it is strictly CD only...I guess I was not paying attention because most cd players include radio on them! The jewelry holder inside is not practical because in order to change CD you must take it out and then all the jewelry pours everywhere. Cute looking and CD's work well...but not practical!!!
