    We got this for our 4 year old for Christmas and he loves it! He puts it together himself and is entertained forever! He needed help putting together the obstacles but once they were put together, he was good to go! Now he takes apart the track and rebuilds it a few times a day! I didn't think the cars ran out of batteries that quickly. He plays with it almost daily and the batteries lasted from Christmas to the end of February. We will be buying more!

      Got four sets of this system for our 3 & 5 year olds. Took parents over 4 hours to construct. Way too advanced for younger kids. It is all about the construction and not the playing. Takes up huge floor space and disconnects easily. Cars use batteries and run out after a few hours. Very difficult to put together.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
